Returns: You can return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags on, where applicable).

How to start a return: Email parts@hurricanediesel.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping: The customer pays return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or the item is defective. In those cases we'll cover it. Just email us a photo and we'll make it right.

Exchanges: Need a different size? We're happy to exchange for another size, depending on stock. Email us to set it up.

Refunds: After we receive and check the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take a few business days to post it. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is because of our mistake or a defect.
