Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

When it ships: Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that (Monday–Friday, not counting holidays). During drops, holidays, or busy weeks it can take a little longer. We'll reach out if there's a delay.

How it ships: We ship by USPS or UPS. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number at the address you used at checkout.

Wrong address or lost package: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping. If your tracking shows no movement for a while, or it says delivered but you don't have it, contact us and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
